Food! - March 29th 2011, 11:22 AM

Hi!

Food..I'm obsessed with it!.. I comfort eat alot also boredom eat and with having anxiety and depression i don't go out that much so that means i'm more bored..i'm overweight for my age and i'm also a fussy eater since i don't like meat,fish,onions,garlic...and loads of other things, i would love to fit into nice summer clothes but i have no motivation to change (Exercise+eat healthy) help!?

If you wanna lose weight you are going to have to cut calories...I would say try to aim around XXXX a day. That is the lowest to still lose weight the healthy way..you should drop around X lbs a week if u do that and workout. Maybe when u get hungry eat healthy stuff...like apples, or other raw fruits and veggies...Also pickles have like no calories and they curb sugar cravings...I eat them at night. Drink water to fill you up to and diet green tea boosts the metabolism..These things work for me!!

I used to be that way too. But i started occupying my time with writing, reading, singing, drawling, tv, talking to friends and so much other things. It took a little time until it worked for me. but it worked! i have dropped XX pounds in two years! it is a possible thing. Just find something you enjoy to do to occupy some of that time. You can do this! have a little faith in yourself. I'm here for you.
