I used to be that way too. But i started occupying my time with writing, reading, singing, drawling, tv, talking to friends and so much other things. It took a little time until it worked for me. but it worked! i have dropped XX pounds in two years! it is a possible thing. Just find something you enjoy to do to occupy some of that time. You can do this! have a little faith in yourself. I'm here for you.
