So for the past few days, I've been obsessed with exercising. On Thursday, I did about 3 hours of working out, Friday, I did about 30 minutes and today I did about 2 hours. I just feel like I have to lose weight. When I exercise I feel happy like I need the feeling off being tired from exercising and having to feel the pain that I feel in my muscles. I want to lose weight. I want to be healthy. That's all I want.

You have to give it time, Rianna. I know we've been discussing this in PM. A useful strategy is to weigh yourself once every 2 weeks, and then write the weight down, so you can keep track of it. Or if you don't feel comfortable using a written documentation, sign up for a site like: Skinnyr. This lets you keep track of it on a line chart. Weighing yourself once a fortnight, gives your body time to loose weight. Even if you do exercise a lot, you'll probably not loose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week at most. But keep at it. In a month, you could have lost a stone if that's what you want. If you want any of these areas explained just message me in PM.
