Disgusting Nervous Tick Thing? -

I itch my head obsessively. IT's super disgusting and gives me icky dandruff, but I don't know how to stop. I don't even know why I do it. I noticed its mostly when I'm stressed, but it's totally gross.
How do I stop? |

Well the reason you are itching your head is probably because of the dandruff, rather than causing it. Get a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and wash your hair every other day to keep from stripping the natural oils from your hair.
