Im a complete Textaholic. - April 18th 2012, 03:29 AM

I text all the time. Everytime I'm not doing something, I pull out my phone and just text text text. Im that guy that tries To continue a conversation even though it's clearly over but I need to be typin on that keyboard of mine. I have unlimited texting but my dad yells at me when he gets the bill cause of the number of texts I send each month. My record is 4000 sent and received in one month. This past month I think I was at 800 sent and received... So I've made progress but I always find myself reaching for my phone or getting that 'fake vibration' feeling... Anyone else here a textaholic?

PM me if you need anything Except ice cream. I never share my ice cream

I definitely get the fake vibration feeling. I'm sure most people do. If you're ever bored, why not play a game on your phone or something? If you have a smartphone, there are ample games you can download and enjoy (most for free).

Or you can always try the conventional read a book/exercise/play a sport. That might be difficult depending on the situation, though.

First impressions last. Start behind the eight ball and you'll never get in front.

I have since getting a phone that is on a contract found I am sending more text's than I was on a general pay as you go phone, I don't have unlimited text's. I have a set number of text's to send each month. Maybe you could try getting a new contract where text's are not unlimited but set to a certain number a month so you can send up to 350 texts per month.

Why don't you try to get out, have a walk, have a drink with someone or whatever but leaving your phone at home?? I assure you it is possible to live without mobile phone, I hardly use it and whenever I manage to disconnect as well from the Internet and social networks and so on, it really feels liberating
