What is your future life job? - July 28th 2012, 07:15 AM

For me it has to be to join the United States Marine Corps, I've always wanted to be a Marine and my grandpa was a Marine in World War II on Iwo Jima and Guadalcanal.

Thats good. My brother has been in the marines for three years and my friend's parents were both in the marines. But anyways to me it seems like my brother kinda hates it but thats mostly becasue of his actual job, and that he is stationed in california were its expensive and really hot and he prefers the cold. my friend's parents enjoy the marines and they are sorta of rich. But heres to answer your question. My family is poor, so i really need a scholarship, so i work really hard in school (straight A student) and i'm trying to become a lawyer as that is a well paid profession, if in the end of highschool i dont get a scholarship from a good lawschool, i might just join the military, or if i get a scholarship from another school i might just accept it and see where that takes me as i hope to go far in life so i dont have to be faced with the struggles of being poor like my mom.

My dream job has changed quite a lot over the last couple of years (which is annoying because I'm trying to pick subjects and apply for uni courses and I keep changing my mind xD). But right now, I really, really want to work for the RSPB and do conservation work, protecting wildlife and birds, and their habitats.

I'm currently training to be a Radiographer with 2 years left. I love it and can't wait to start an actual career in it

I want to work in immigration advocacy... or something like that.

But for now I'm studying to become a IT professional of some kind.

I don't believe in "one career for life".

I wanted to do a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and study abroad post graduate in Aerodynamics and find a job in either a private firm like scaled composites or work for Boeing Aerospace Defence in the RAAF designing and modifying aircraft.
But since my maths teacher has pretty much screwed me over in the past year and a half, my grades are too low to consider Maths B anymore, so I might be stuck with Maths A and go for Architecture, which surprisingly only requires English to be accepted into a course. If all of the above fails, I will be studying languages and probably get some humanitarian related position abroad or at customs.

Some sort of psychologist, or a primary school teacher, or an actor.

Yep, I'm 21 and still don't know for sure.
