My goal is to overcome self harm and I believe that I have it in me to do this.
I made it 105 days for self harm and I'm not happy about it. I was thinking about buying myself a gift for making it so long and I don't know what to get or why I feel like this.
When you have made it for a while for something, did you buy yourself something? Did it help pick you up? When you have time can you please help me with this, thank you so much.

For me I will buy myself extra things on this game I play on my phone or get something I want at the time like new clothes or food. I think it can be good to buy yourself something as a reward! Think of things you’ve been wanting lately and either get it or save towards it to be able to get it.
Thank you so much for your help with this. I'm going to try what you are saying. You both are so sweet.
