Hey,

Really sorry to hear that you went though that, its very unfair and harsh on you. But the bottom line is, you SHOULD tell your best friend, hun, don't forget your best friend is the most TRUSTED friend too,

Your best friend should always be close to your heart, and you can trust that person alot, you need to open up and say what you told your parents, theres no point keeping secrets from your Best friend, and it'll help you tonnes!

I guess the only way to tell it, would be to pull your best friend to one side, for a while, and talk privately about it, just you two, and with the privacy it'll make you feel more comfortable, just explain what happened.

You can do it!

Hey there,

It can be really hard to open up to someone about your abuse. I know when I told my friends about my abuse I had a really difficult time doing it but I knew I could trust them with something personal. So, do you trust your friend? It sounds like you do and that is always the first question you should ask yourself. There is never a right way to tell someone about your abuse all you can do it in a way that makes you comfortable. You could have your friend over to your house and let them know that you have something important to tell them and from there explain it. If you want you could write down what you want to say ahead of time so that you are prepared. If you don't feel like you can say it to your friend face to face you could always write them a letter and give it to them. In the end you have to do what makes you comfortable, you know?

I really hope that this helped in some way.
