I was almost raped -

Sorry this is kind of long and very graphic....
Seven months ago, this guy came up to me at the bus stop. He and I talked for a while. Then he gave me his phone number and I called him a few times and we would have long chats. We became close friends. He was totally cute, but I wasn't sure if I should make a move and destroy such a strong friendship. One day this year after we had dinner at his house, we were both on the couch watching TV. Then he turned the volume down. He told me he thought I was sexy, then we started making out. I was so intrigued. But then he [REMOVED: Do not post graphic or explicit details as they are not necessary, and could be triggering or upsetting to other users.] "That was totally uncalled for you disgusting pervert" I screamed and ran out crying. Then I went to the police station and told them I was raped, I gave them his name and phone number. He is still in jail awaiting trial. I want to know how to get the courage to face him in court. I fear seeing him again. He is a sick pervert. |

I wish that your post wasn't edited, because now I don't understand what happened. Your post is called "I was almost raped" but you said you went to the police station and said you were raped...what happened?

I understand that seeing someone who did something to you is hard. I've been to court a couple times, and its the only way to really get some closure on the situation. He can't hurt you anymore.

It is definitely hard to understand what happened to you. So I don't know how to help. Like mentioned above, try re-posting with less graphic nature.
