I was in a park, and this guy made me drink alcohol, he also put plain alcohol in my coke, i then became drunk. he was a bit tipsy, but had control over what he was doing, i on the other hand didn't. he forced me to have sex with him, even though i didn't want to. i told him to stop, but he didn't. was i raped?

Yes. You were. Having sex with someone while they're intoxicated, no matter if they consent or not, is considered rape. And even so, you didn't consent. I would go to the police.

Yesh you were raped. Rape is when you dont give your consent to having sex. You were raped the guy shouldn't have made you drink alcohol and if you said no to having sex he should respect that. I would urge you to talk to the police about this and to see professional support in your area. Rape or even any sort of abuse can have long term affects if not treated. I can only say what others have and that is sorry to say but yes you were. The best thing you can do is go to the police and start seeing a counselor to help you cope with this. My PM is open anytime you want to talk.

Rape is anytime you don't give consent. It doesn't even matter if you never say no. If you can't say no, or if you are afraid to, it is still rape. Until you both make it clear you are okay with it it is rape. Even if you DO give consent, if you are drunk it could e considered rape.
Regardless, you were drunk AND clearly said no.... That is rape I'm so sorry... I agree with everyone on here... you seem brave, dig deep and find the courage to go to the police, a family member, a friend, or anyone you trust. Go to the police as soon as you are psychologically able to though. It might not be now, and that is completely understandable, but remember hat he could do this to another girl in a week, a day, or maybe even tonight... the SOONER he is off of the street the better. The fact that he got you drunk.. its not like you were both drinking together by choice.. he made sure this happend. I think its obvious this was his plan to begin with..... This is rape and he needs to be stoped... Otherwise he will try this same thing on other females
