I am sorry that you are struggling so much. Its possibly a really good thing you sent an email telling your counselor about what's going on. When you see them next you will be able to talk to them about it and they'll be able to help you more properly. You aren't alone and you will get better. You just need more help to guide you the right way.
I'm here if you need anything. I hope it all gets better. Stay strong and hang in there<3 NO H8 What a terrible mess I'm in... |

Hey,
I’m assuming that you are meaning that you told your psychologist about the abuse through the email. It is best that you told your psychologist since he is there to help you cope and recover. I’m sure that your psychologist is glad that you told him. Your psychologist will be ready to help you start coping and recovering on Friday. You definitely can face your psychologist on Friday. I encourage you to go there ready to cope and recover. Cutting and drinking will not help you recover. Cutting and drinking will only prolong the pain of what happened. It may block it out for a short while, but the pain will return unless you get help for it. I encourage you to talk to your therapist about helping you with the cutting and drinking as well. You are not alone. You have all of us here on TeenHelp supporting you. You also have your psychologist who wants to help you. PM me anytime. Take care, Kitty. |
