I hope this makes sense..
If someone rapes someone, they are (or at least can be) charged with rape. If someone is forced to rape someone, what is that 3rd party charged with? I realize this is an odd question, I was just curious as to what the law says about this, since I couldn't find the answer by googling -Boxy |

I believe if you were forced to do something to someone through no fault of your own, i.e. being actively threatened with a gun to your head if you didn't comply, then I believe you would be treated as a secondary victim in the eyes of the law. Of course every jurisdiction and country sees these types of things differently so for the best answer it would probably be a good idea to ask your local officials.

It would vary on the Sate/Federal code but very easily be charged with:
Assault Assault with a deadly weapon (Thinking they would have to use a weapon to forced you to do that) possession if a deadly weapon while in the commision of a felony terroristic threatening Unlawful confinement *Musician, Photographer, Dancer, Producer* So yes, everything I post is Copy Righted. ![]() "If you fall now and cant get off the ground, Ill be there to give your wings new sound"![]() PM me! |

Flying True: I meant the person who forced the other person to do it.. not the secondary victim. But thank you.
So the one who forced who the other to do it can't be charged with rape? I think that's dumb. |
