I found these two sites and I thought I would share them because they helped me when I was stressed and panicking etc:

On the first you can type whatever you are thinking and watch the words just float away. On the second it is just about relaxing and taking a small break from these distractions.

Thanks for sharing. I use these sites quite often is I'm stressed or unhappy. They're a great way to get away from troubles and just be yourself and be free from anything thats getting you down. I'm glad they've helped you too. <3

Thank you for sharing. I also use these sites. They are really helpful. They calm me down a lot if I'm upset.
