Question I do not know what happened - November 11th 2014, 09:15 PM

I was home alone two days ago i believe. Cleaning and i just started to have like a breakdown and cried and picking at my nails and hair... I clawed myself it was like i was trying to claw on to reality and everything seem so strange. I do not know how to explain it... These have every now and then.. But I had another today... What is wrong...

Sounds like it's a mental breakdown due to build up of stress possibly? Have you talked to a parent, doctor, etc about it? If they happen fairly frequently then this is something I would definitely look into and see what they can offer for help to control them.

I agree with Thereishope in that it sounds like a breakdown. Have you been stressed recently with no real outlet?

Sometimes we can bottle things up and even convince ourselves that we're okay, but eventually it all comes out.

I would talk to a doctor, a psychiatrist, or a therapist about these. (Parents, yes, if you need them to make you the appointment, but parents can often be misinformed) they may be able to prescribe you something to help, or recommend techniques to help deal, such as meditation.
