Hey there, I'm not sure what you are trying to ask. Are you asking what you should do when you're feeling angry? If so, what I do when I'm feeling angry is to try to take ten slow, long, deep breaths while counting to five each inhale and five each exhale. This may not work for everyone. Alternately, you can burn off the steam, literally, by going for a run. I hope this has helped.

Hey there,

If you're asking what to do when you're feeling angry, there are a few things which might help! One of these things might be to take a few deep breaths. Stand somewhere quiet and close your eyes. Try breathing in and out for 5 seconds each until you feel a bit calmer. Otherwise, you could try getting away from the situation which is causing you to feel angry. You could calmly explain that you need to get a bit of air, and then go for a short/long walk depending on how long it takes you to feel a bit better. This gives you the chance to get away and relax yourself and reflect on how you could approach the situation differently.
