Angry Everything feels slightly off. - January 29th 2018, 08:04 PM

This thread has been labeled as non-PG13 by the original poster or by a Moderator. The contents of this thread might therefore not be suitable for younger users. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

It started with a headache and being frustrated. The frustration started way earlier, when I scratched up some metal on purpose due to it.

The headache came about two hours ago and is coming and going.

Now. The parents called me down for dinner, and it was fine. I finished eating and stood up to hold my cat, and that's when I realised that everything seemed so different.

The door is thinner than I remember. The floor is huge and the walls are tall. Too tall for how low the ceiling is, which doesn't even make sense now. The TV remotes and mums glasses looked like they were very precariously balanced on the table. As if I could pick them up just by staring too long, or as if they could just flip. Keep in mind, theyre on a flat surface, not the edge of a table.

Some things seems ridiculously smaller than I remember, like the top of my pepsi can, but some seem a lot bigger, like the TV or the door being thinned out but taller.

I feel paranoid and keep seeing **** out of the corners of my eyes. I have to keep looking around my room or I get uncomfortable. I can't stop moving. I keep clapping and my hands keep violently twitching then stopping, and I feel like hitting my head against the wall. I feel like screaming. I don't understand.

Can someone, anyone help me?

With the outbursts of twitching and wanting to scream, it happens maybe twice a month with no known cause. It makes me want to hit something. Namely a wall. I have, a few times.

The constant movement and making noises incoherently... I don't know. Its an occasional thing. Maybe once a week or so. I dunno.

Please help. I actually want to yell and hit stuff and this sounds cringey now im typing it and UGIUFDHBIUH I don't know.

Sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. It sounds difficult to go through and not cringey at all!

Do you usually experience the headache along with feeling paranoid and suspicious? Headaches can affect our senses so it could influence how you see things. That said, the paranoia and twitches could be related to mental health issues.

These experiences seem to happen pretty frequently. I'm wondering if you have talked to your doctor about them? If not, it's definitely worth telling your doctor about what you are experiencing.
