I'm so sorry to hear that you are struggling. Have you sought professional help? Schizophrenia can be incredibly difficult to live with without the support of a doctor and a therapist. I don't personally have experience, but I do know of people who've benefited greatly from medications and therapy.

Not sure how schizophrenia coping methods work, but could you try talking to these voices? Kind of the way it's shown in the movies or tv dramas in where the good cops try talk to the individuals at risk down from a dangerous predicament?

I'm sorry it's so bad right now, could you talk to anyone in person about it? Maybe medication changes are needed?

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks for reply <3

Ive tried talking to them, but they just get mad.
Ive been through all meds, and the meds im on now is the last thing you try because its quite dangerous

But Im fighting, and im not doing as they say.
Its just hard, you know.

Sorry to hear you have been struggling with the voices recently. It's good that you are keeping up with your medication and are getting professional help. Though it's a shame you've tried a lot of different medications and have been told you have to learn to live with the voices. Do you notice times when the voices aren't as noticeable- maybe when you are distracted doing something, or feel calmer or happier? It can help to keep a track of how you are feeling and noticing if there are times when the voices aren't as bad so that you can work out what to do during the times they are bad.

Also, are there any support groups in your area for people with schizophrenia? It can help knowing that you aren't alone and that there are others who hear voices and perhaps learn from them ways to deal with them.
