Talk to her. Tell her what she does to emotionally and mentally hurt you. If you don't feel comfortable talking to her, write her a letter. She is not going to know how you feel about her unless you tell her. You have to let her know what exactly she is doing and how exactly it is affecting you. Although moms can do a lot, they can't read minds. It might not seem like it, but sometimes moms don't even realize they are doing someting wrong. Communication is the key, even if it is difficult.

Whatever it is, chances are I've been there.
If I can make it out, you can too.

Just like Alessa said, you need to talk to her. If you do not think that you can do it on your own, then consider talking to a therapist, that way the therapist could help you talk to your mom.

Even your doctor could help. My doctor talked to my mom when I was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder, and it made things so much more easier on me. I would seriously consider that. Your mom need to realize that its not all about voices in your head, but its that you really do have some mental illness'.

Good luck with everything
