ADHD is attention deficit (I think I spelt that wrong ) hyperactive disorder. Basically a very limited attention span and being overly hyper.
OCD is obsessive compulsive disorder and is the need to do things in a specific order or number of times. Such as having to wash your hands after touching anything or closing a door five times before leaving a room.

I don't know the real specifics of either disorders but there's the short form and there's really no need to worry about either disorders unless they're really bad in which they can be helped with different medications.

Hope I was of some help!

isn't that a bit rude of them to be labelling you with a mental disorder?.. do you feel like you might have a problem?

well the food chewing and issue with touching your plate sounds like signs of OCD, but i'm no expert. maybe you should get an appointment with your doctor to discuss this?

Yes, Elle may be right about that, but it means nothing. I mean, if your doctor says you probably don't have it, don't look after diagnosis. Because, I can tell you for sure: loads of human beings have tics that they do every time. It's a kind of habitudes.
You know: I can't walk on the lines of street stones, it's just a kind of habitude. And I can tell you for sure that I have no OCD.
Good luck!

Hey!
It may not be anything. Although you should get it checked out. ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) can't really be diagnosed at a young stage and therefore, if anyone sees signs of ADHD, they must get themselves checked out, because if it isn't controlled as soon as possible, it could really affect your life. Some 'symptoms' of ADHD are not being able to sit in one place for more than a few minutes, not being able to concentrate on things for too long, and hyperactivity.
OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) can be misdiagnosed for some people, because some people are naturally very particular about things, but when it becomes very persistent and you start panicking when you find things aren't the way you want them or like them to be, you should get checked out.
I hope you are diagnosed negative (:, although just know, we're all here for you! (: (:
Take care!
Hugs

x
