Limit Stress - July 22nd 2010, 05:03 PM

So I'm always known to stress ... and show it.

I understand how to destress when you get stressed (stop and calm down, yoga, breathe, etc), but it seems that I get stressed easily.

Is there a way to practice or train myself NOT to get stressed as easily as I do?

Any help is greatly appreciated

You can lose yourself. Everything. All boundaries. All time.

And just when the sweet confusion is so intense you think you're gonna die... you kind of do.

Leaving you alone in your separate body, but the one you love is still there.

That's a miracle.

You can go to heaven and come back alive. You can go back anytime you want with the one you love.

Only thing I can suggest is that you find things that stress you out and either remove them or change them into none stressful things. I would also MAYBE suggest building up a tolerence, learn it yourself. Get yourself into a stressful situation and just work on it. If it gets too stressful, calm yourself down like you have and try again. Mainly it is about learn WHEN to stress and when NOT to stress. Somethings are worth getting stressed over, like losing your job, and preparing for a test.
