Doctor or no doctor? -

I am under a lot of stress right now. For the last two weeks I have been super overwhelmed with home stuff. Normally I can keep myself together, but I can't. I've gone to the nurse every day at school for the last two weeks, with horrible headaches. One day I broke and just couldn't stop crying. I'm always on the brink of tears because of everything going on. These headaches just keep getting worse, but they ONLY happen at school. My sister'n law who is a nurse said she thinks the headaches are from my birth control- that I'm also dehydrated because I don't drink anything really. She also says my immune system is super low and theres a bunch of reasons to back it up. I tried drinking water the next day, but I ended up being sick to my stomach everytime I ate. It went from headaches, to not being able to keep food down. Should I go the doctors? Even if it IS just stress, can they help? I'm usually such a calm laid back person, so to be so stressed and full of anxiety is taken a toll...
