i don't feel at home in my head - October 31st 2010, 05:35 PM

i don't really know how else to describe it. everything seems really strange, almost in a daze. i'm having really weird thoughts about body image, myself, friends. I can't control how I'm feeling. I can't concentrate on anything. I went to my first party last night and almost had a panic attack. How can I hang in there until Tuesday (when I see my psychiatrist). I just can't do it!

From your description I feel very simmular. It is a very surreal feeling to say the least. Maybe try to meditate or focus on somthing that makes you feel better. Im sorry I wish I could be more help, feel free to pm me any time. Good luck

I can suggest you the movie "Good Will Hunting".
I think it will help.
