hi my name is crystal. i just got told that i have bypolar about 6 months ago. the doctor said that i most likely had bipolar for about 6 year base off of what i've told them. they gave me meds to try to control my moods by nothing i have been taking has helped me. i have a 1 yr almost 2 yr. and he going through the terrible 2's right now. the thing i dont understand i sont lose my temper on him, i lose it on my bf, my mom and my dad, i seems like i cant help myself on just yelling at them. i am afriad b/c i am moving back into my parent house in about 2 weeks and i dont know what to do if i cant keep my temper under control. does anyone have any advice how i can try to keep my temper under control.

please help and advice would help

It sounds like maybe your medication isnt the right combo, and speaking to your doctor about that would mean that should help, but in the mean time I think relaxation is probably your best bet, I've done work in a nursery and it's hard going with 2 years for 6 hours of the day, let alone all of the day.. how good is he at amusing himself? do/will your parent's help you with him, in terms of have him for a bit every so often to give you a break? Also, try and have a regular sleeping pattern and try and eat properly aswell, because if we're physically not up to scratch then emotionally it can all go downhill.. PM me if you need to. xox
