NHS direct = amazing. - April 7th 2011, 08:53 AM

Just thought I'd post this for all the brits out there
I finally got to the point where I figured I needed to talk to someone, and last night my partner called NHS direct and got me to talk to them. Thought I'd put it out there that for anyone else who is scared of talking to someone about their problems, these people are great. The woman I talked to was lovely and understanding, and yeah, there were a couple of questions which I found a bit triggering but she spent nearly an hour on the phone with me and gave me loads of advice on how to start getting help. Its a great place to start.

Thought this might help
