Hey-
I have the same problem actually. I've gotten tons of tests done on me physically and so forth to see why. But it's just, hard to find. It could be medication honestly. Have you talked to whoever prescribes you that about it? Each side effect is different and could be different for various people. This easily could be part of the problem. Also, things to watch for is thyroid problems (Which also can cause depression), Anemia, etc. If you can't figure out what it is, I'd suggest seeing a doctor because being tired all the time really sucks. No, my doctor's pretty rubbish, I'm gonna go back to my original one when I finish these exams and talk to him about it. I'm thinking maybe anaemia might be part of my problem, not the entire problem but a contributing factor. I self harm so losing that much blood can't be good for that kind of thing :/
It's actually gotten slightly better since I posted this so maybe it was the medication, maybe I'm just getting used to it, I don't know. Although being wide awake at 430am is not helpful! |

Do you have abnormal sleep patterns due to why you're taking the medication? I feel like in my life, that has affected me a lot, the fact that I can stay up for ever, then end up sleeping during the day and sleeping at just super odd times. My doctor has said that could be contributing to it.
Do they know what kind of anemia it is? It may not hurt to take an iron supplement, or B12 I believe it is that also causes anemia. If either of them help, that's awesome! If not, it's just a supplement. Just don't take more than it says on the bottle unless your doctor says to. If you have the means to, you could try a therapy light box thing as well. All you have to do is sit in front of it for around 20 minutes a day and it can help sleep patterns, depression, and a whole bunch of other things.
