Okay so I seem to be like a seesaw lately and it's been bugging me but one moment I'm happy and cheery the next I'm being a first class bitch to the same person and then I'm really sad and allmost crying and then I seem to just start laughing about the most stupid things that I would normally not find funny and then two minutes latter a mellow and chilling and telling people to calm the fuck down and Im just confused by it all I just I don't get it, it's getting to be a bit much slowly Also normaly I stuff my face with food but lately I'm having trouble eating even if its just something small like a coockie or a apple or whatever I just... Im confused ... does anyone know whats wrong with me ?
who fights may eventually lose, but who doesn't even fight has allready lost.

Well, considering you're a teenager, it's kind of hard to say.
On the one hand, you're 16. Sure, you're not as young as 12 or 13, but you're still growing, your hormones are still trying to settle themselves, your personality still isn't developed completely (for lack of a better way to put it). So, there may be an underlying mental health issue, but there may not be. Have you talked to a counselor? Maybe talking to someone, whether it be in your school (if you're attending school), or somewhere else. A professional would be able to get an idea of what you're going through, and be able to tell you whether it's "normal", or should be evaluated further. |
