For some reason when someone annoys me or really pisses me off i tend to turn murderous towards them to the point that i will kick there head in repeatedly when they are down or throw them down a flight of stairs and even choke them with a tie...
Help me somebody i have no idea how to stop this!!! Lord POOTIS McGraw

Get help from a therapist. Nothing we can do, you have to change yourself. Definitely talk to a therapist about your anger.
I thought about you for the rest of the day. Catching my head turning to find you again. I hated myself for it. |

I agree with Cosmo. Arrange to see a psychological professional for evaluation right away, both for your sake (you don't want to end up in prison due to your behavior) and for the sake of others (you don't want to subject them to physical or emotional pain). I would specifically find a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist that specializes in anger management and/or ASPD (anti-social personality disorder).
