How could people actually read your mind? Or do you just mean that people can tell what you are thinking based on your body language or facial expressions? I am quite sure that nobody could actually read or hear your thoughts. If you really think that then maybe you could test it? like calling someones name and see if they hear you or answer you? I have never really heard of anything like this before so I can't really give you any advice but maybe this could help? I am not sure.

I don't mean to alarm you, Bram, but believing that other people can read your mind is oftentimes perceived as a sign that something is wrong, ex. a chemical imbalance in the brain. If I were you, I would tell your parents and ask to make an appointment with your regular doctor. That way, you can rule out the possibility of a physical cause for these thoughts, ex. a brain tumor, and receive a referral to a psychologist in order to rule out an assortment of mental illnesses afterward.

Wow, that scared me. I'll try to talk with my mentor about it, I prefer that only one person knows about it, just to start with, because I've never told anybody about my problems before...

Well, I didn't got to speak to my mentor today, I didn't really know how to start, and well, I don't really want to tell anybody. Mainly because I want to be seen as a normal kid, not as a paranoid one who believes that everybody hears what he thinks...
So I'm not sure were to go.. |

I am sure that if you do tell someone and/or you make an appointment like Robin said then they will have a solution for you and it will likely not turn out so bad.

Well, ok. I'll try to bring the courage (or what it's called) to tell somebody tommorow, it will probably be my mentor, though..

I have a really over active imagination and I used to think that too. But eventually, I gotback into reality and realized nobody can read minds. Just think about reality. Repeat to yourself "Nobody can read my mind." over and over. Every day.
Hope that helps (: |
