My past is driving me crazy -

Okay, so a long time ago I did something really gross and terrible and I have no idea why I did it now. I never even remembered or thought about it until a few days ago and now I just feel terrible about it constantly. I feel like I NEED to tell my boyfriend about it to get it off my chest but he would never look at me in the same way again. I've told him everything I would never dream of telling anyone else, but this is possibly the worst thing I've done and like I said, he wouldn't ever be able to look at me again. I feel really bad, like I've cheated or something when I haven't... I wouldn't know where to start to explain it or how to word it. How can I just forget about it like I managed to before? I'm depressed as hell all the time at the moment and probably will continue to be until it gets out of my mind.
