Claustrophobia? - November 14th 2011, 07:35 AM

I don't know how long this has been going on now. Years at least, but I think that I may have claustrophobia. You could not pay me to crawl through a confined space, and if I'm in one I start to ccompletly freak the hell out. Sometimes, on random days in random classes at school, It seems like the walls in the room are closing in on me, I get jittery and nervous, and when class ends I bolt out the door and run outside untill I can't run anymore. sometimes this happens at home too, so run laps around my house untill I feel like passing out. I don't know whats wrong with me. Anyone have an idea?
