why, i don't understand? -

i always watch sad movies when i want to cry because if anyone comes into my room and sees me crying, i don't know to tell them the real reason, i just say its the movie. today im onto my 4th movie already....why cant i stop crying.
if heaven wasn't so far away, id pack up and go for the day.

Sounds like something really is going on here. I'd suggest bringing it up to your doctor and see what they have to say.

You are probably just on a downer. Its best to just cry it out. Stay strong, you won't feel sad forever. I suggest talking to someone about it because there is obviously something reall wrong which you need to sort out. Please talk to someone soon

How often do you find yourself crying to this extent, and can you think of anything that might trigger these bouts of crying?

Have you tried talking to your friends about how you feel? It sounds as if you are experiencing some strong emotions. Would talking about it help?
