It's back and I'm honestly happy - December 12th 2013, 11:42 PM

Let's start from the beginning since I was 15 years old I've had an eating disorder that is off and on and I am 22 years old right now. It started after I stopped cutting I started eating less and less until I was eating one meal a day that was not a good amount of food it was too little amount of food. Anyways when I was 19 it got really bad and I ended up going to a therapist that specialized in eating disorders and I was diagnosed as ednos. Then I got on pills that made me eat and gain a shit load of weight for a year until another doctor took me off of the pill. So now because of those pills I am obese(I'm not joking doctors say so). Anyways I'm on adderal for ADD and that can suppress your appetite anyways I am now only eating one meal a day again or just very tiny bits at meals. Like yesterday I ate hash browns and half an omelette for breakfast then I had a In N' Out burger for dinner. Today I had a large Jumba juice that lasted me like a couple of hours, then I just had Chinese but didn't eat all of it. My stomach is growling saying I'm hungry but I refuse to eat anymore today I've eaten enough. I'll stop once I get down to my goal weight. I need to loose all this weight its gross and disgusting. I don't know why I posted this but I did.

Hey there,

You posted this because you need help, and you know you do. I apologize for how late this reply is, as the holidays have distracted me.

I would highly recommend you see that specialist team again. If you believe that a medication is making you gain that much weight, you need to let them know. They can take you off that medication so that you can be able to find a stable weight. You also need help getting a healthy meal plan so that you are getting enough nutrients in a day. If you need to lose weight, they can help you do it in a healthy, sustainable, and will not include the unhealthy behaviors you have been engaging in. Instead, it'll be a full, healthy diet, eating three or more meals a day, that'll include exercise.

A lot of the disordered behavior may come from other issues, so I'd also recommend you bring any behaviors you are engaging in up to your counselor/psychologist if you are seeing one. They can help you manage the triggers and emotions that are related to what you are doing.
