Hey everyone!!!

I know that I've made past posts about recovery going well, but this time is different. I am changed, I am free, I have hope, I have energy, I have excitement, I have love, life is more colorful, and I don't think relapse will ever happen again.... or at least not for a very long while.

Thanks to everyone who supported me through this eating disorder. I really appreciate everyone who took time to reply and gave me hope.

I am doing to so much better than I have ever been before. I wake up every day with a smile on my face and the motivation to get out of bed. I walk into school with confidence and my social life isn't plummeting anymore. Life is great and I'm so excited that things are better now.

No more starvation, no more, obsessive exercise, no more obsessive thoughts that linger around 24/7, no more pain, no more binging, no more purging, I am finally free from my eating disorder. It is not mine anymore. It has left because I pushed it away and I love life now. I have passion and dreams and goals and I love that.

Thanks again for all of you. You mean so much to me and I appreciate all you're support.

Your friend,
Cheyenne

Cheyenne, I am so happy to hear you say these things and I can only imagine how amazing it feels for you. If you ever have a relapse in the future please know that it's okay and it happens to many that have struggled with a mental illness. You are always welcome to reach out again if you are ever having any struggles. You have come so far in the past two years and you should be so proud of yourself! We'll always be here if you need us.

“There is nothing beautiful about the wreckage of a human being.
There is nothing pretty about damage, about pain, about heartache.
What is beautiful is their strength, their resilience, their fortitude
as they display an ocean of courage when they pick through the
wreckage of their life to build something beautiful brand new,
against every odd that is stacked against them.” — Nikita Gill
