Idk what to do - March 9th 2018, 08:58 AM

I just saw the boy I like...i know it's dumb but I thought he may look at me like he has been since last week (i think)...but he didn't.
That has made me feel bad. I really like him and want him to feel the same, but now I'm more confused...

I feel bad now, and want to binge...I'm trying to cut down on sugar...idek what i want here...to rant i guess

It makes sense that you want the boy you like to look at you, and that you would feel bad when he didn't. It's understandable that since you like him, and want him to like you back, that you would find it confusing as to why he doesn't and difficult knowing that you can't force him to like you either. It's not dumb though.

What healthy things could you do instead of bingeing? Emotions are difficult to deal with, but that doesn't mean that they control you. Perhaps put on a film you like or play a game etc., whatever helps to distract you from the urge to binge and helps you to feel a little bit more positive.
