Hey there,
So, if you're not eating you won't gain weight. It's that simple. Food is important for life, and eating and taking care of yourself is more important that sports. You have to be healthy to play sports, and if you aren't at a healthy weight, you can't perform to your best. To gain weight, and to be healthy, you got to eat regular, 3-6 meals a day. If you eat three normal meals, have two small snack. You could add more protein to what you are eating, and higher caloric foods. The best bet would be to talk to your doctor, find out what a healthy weight for you would be, and how to get there. Take care. She whispered to her own reflection "I will be strong."

Try talking to your doctor about changing your adhd medication. Or even if they have anything to cancel out the effects they have on your appetite. Good luck!

Just set yourself a set diet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. At least one of these should be a hot meal.
