Question Just a quick question... - April 20th 2010, 11:38 PM

Eating hasn't always been the easiest thing for me. I've tried my hardest to eat healthy, normally when it comes to the amount. I'm use to not eating at all. Now that I am eating though I find it hards at time, like I get really panicked after I eat, esp whenever that feeling of being full comes. I get really shakey and scared, like I have made a mistake. Is this normal to feel so panicked? Just wondering if anyone else feels this way sometimes.....?

I have felt that way before, when I started trying to eat again. The best thing to do is to eat several small meals and snacks, instead of trying to force your body to accept normal sized amounts; usually our stomachs have shrank to the point the normal sized meals will make us feel extremely bad, and even physically sick. Starting small is best.

I agree with Cas*, it sounds like your body is just adjusting to having food in it's system. Give it time, eat small amounts and ease into it a bit. You should be fine.
