Hey there,
I don't know if this is actually going to help but from experience it isn't going to be once. You will do it and it won't accomplish anything so you will want to do it again and again. With things like this it usually does not happen only once and go away. I know that might not be enough to keep you from wanting to do it but please consider it because I don't want your teeth to rot, I don't want you to have a heart attack or suffer from any of the other symptoms/side effects of this. The best advice I can give you is to open up and just talk about it with people. It might seem scary to talk about it and I am sure that you will have all these thoughts running through your head if you talk to people but in the end if you talk you will be taking a step to prevent this from happening. Sometimes our minds tell us to do things and we try to fight it but we eventually give in. It is harder for our 'unhealthy' mind to win if we open up and talk to people about what we are struggling with. Please hang in there and if you need anything feel free to pm me. Jenna
