I think it may be in your best interest to talk to somebody you trust about this, before your situation gets worse. Talk to a parent/guardian, best friend, school counselor, therapist, teacher/instructor, or anybody else you happen to trust. Taking that first step is definitely the hardest to take, but it's worth it. It will probably be a little uncomfortable to talk about, but you need to be willing to go out of your comfort zone in order to attain the support and help you need to get you through this. You did a great job coming here, so don't stop here- let somebody know how you feel. It's hard to do, but it's necessary.

Good luck and let me know if you need anything.

Always feel free to contact me.
