starting treatment - September 9th 2010, 10:43 PM

so, I'm a freshman in college, and I was just put into our school's "healthy eating program". i saw a counselor, and i know have appointments set up for a nutritionist, a therapist, a medical doctor, and group therapy. i'm really overwhelmed and don't know what to expect. i'm not even underweight yet! i'm just really scared, mostly because i'm not sure if i'm ready to recover. i still don't even know if i have an eating disorder. i'm just really worried

i guess i'm just wondering what I should expect. and how to deal with all of these people when i'm not sure if i'm ready to follow their advice

All you can expect is encouragement, and caring people! Honestly, treatment is not a bad thing. People are there to help you, it will do no harm whatsoever!
