hey, i've got almost the exact same problem. i get too busy and forget to eat, or just don't have time. then i get the shakey feeling, kinda like my body just gets too tired. try eating health snacks during the day. at least something will make you feel better, just getting some nutrients into your body.

try taking snacks on the go that u can eat while working or walking or when u get a break even a lil break maybe it will help

Life is too

Short to spend

It at war with

Yourself.

Iím catching stars in the sky because I am fixing the soul within me. May it be from the heart a girl broke years ago or my soul simply repairing itself as it was shattered on my walk on this earth. May the stardust fill those cracks within my soul making me brand new, but never forgetting who I once was.

Natasha,
When your body lacks the nutrients you need it begins to show you. Shaking and shivering is one of the most common ways that your body can show you. It is just telling you that you need to eat. I too shake sometimes when I am busy and do not get a chance to eat. It is usually a sign that your blood sugar is low. Try taking some snacks with you in your bag. When you start to shake just eat something.
