I wish everyone would stop fuckin lying to me! How stupid do my friends really think I am. You can't just tell someone they're skinny and pretty if they're not. Seriously, I have a scale and a mirror so of course I'm not gonna believe them. They must think I'm such a fucking idiot that they can bullshit me like that and actually expect me to believe them. I can handle the truth! Why won't they just be honest with me?!

Honey, I'm sorry that you are feeling this way.

I know that this is hard to believe, but being 'fat' or 'skinny' does not depend on your weight. Honestly it doesn't. I know plenty of people who weigh would be considered to be 'fat' by some people, but are actually very skinny.

Also, you may not get this, and I understand if you don't. But it's a cool concept to try to get. Skinny and Fat are just perceptions. It is just how you perceive yourself to be. Everyone's perceptions are different. So to what one person appears to be fat (Like how you think about yourself) to others it appears to be skinny (Like how your friends view you.)

Honey, you are beautiful because you are you. Be yourself. That is what truly matters.

It may be subjective (things like fat and skinny) but there are general frameworks in which most people view fat and skinny. There is a such thing as not skinny. Skinny is a body type which I most definately do not have. There's maybe a 5 pound difference between skinny or not that's subjective. I'm certainly not skinny. I'm not beautiful and you meant it to be nice, I know, but it's not true and you don't know what I look like. I KNOW (as surely as I'm breathing) that I'm not pretty. I just don't want my friends to lie to me. If they think what I'm doing is dangerous then they can say that not lie

And in my opinion, everyone is beautiful in their own ways. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Everytime they say stuff about how I look I tell them they're wrong but never how much I want them to just stop lying because (even though lying isn't polite either) it's not polite to get mad at someone when they're saying something nice

While that is true, if it is bothering you so much, maybe you should sit them down and tell them how you feel.

Or, you may also try to understand that maybe they do see you as beautiful. As I said before, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They know the real you, not just the outside you. To them, perhaps you are beautiful. Because you are you.
