Hey there,
I do not know that there is much that you can do to stop the burning of your mouth temporarly, other then maybe drink something warm, not hot, Just warm As far as permantely I would suggest that you stop purging. I know that is easier said then done. Trust me been there do that. It will give the skin in your mouth a chance to heal and regrow if you do though. |

The best way to stop this is to stop purging. I know its hard, but now you have proof of how bad it is for you. Drink something cold to numb your mouth and I'd really recommend going to the doctor so they can get you some proper treatment for the burning.

Not to sound like a broken record, but the only way to stop this pain temporarily is to stop purging for a while, BUT the best way to stop the pain completely is...you guessed it! You will have to try and avoid purging as it is putting you in so much pain. You do not deserve this, and bulimia (sorry to use the word if you are actually not - I am just making an assumption) is a very very nasty illness, worth recovering from!
