Relapse - February 1st 2012, 06:20 PM

I haven't eaten in two days...I'm really scared. Whenever I eat something I always feel nauseous and I sometimes vomit what I've eaten. If I do eat, it's only something really small...or I sometimes just drink water all day. I'm such a failure :'/

I'm really sorry that you're not feeling great right now. But truth be told, you're not a failure. With recovery comes relapses. Are you getting some sort of professional help with this? If not, I think you should. Talk to your parents. Tell them what's going on. Let people help you. If you can't tell your parents, is there a guidance counselor at school that you can talk to? You don't have to go through this alone. Let people in. What about friends? Or your boyfriend? (You mentioned a boyfriend in chat). Are they supportive? I think you should let them help you as well. For now, I think you need to try and eat things that are light on your stomach like a piece of toast or soup. At the same time, take vitamins, that'll help replenish some of the things your losing by not eating. I really think you need to talk to a doctor so they can help you with your appetite. Take care<3

I was looking for a breath of life
For a little touch of heavenly light
But all the choirs in my head say, no oh oh

The only person who really cares and supports me through this is my boyfriend. I don't want to tell my Mum or my step Dad that I haven't been eating properly because I've been sick. My Mum knows that I worry about putting weight on and that's it. If I spoke to my doctor about everything I need help for they'd think I'm a creep :'/
