Most likely, a local anesthetic will be used to "put you under", it is usually inserted via needle in your arm as opposed to a face mask since to keep you under they need to keep the anaesthetics on you and they need access to your mouth.
That way, you will be calm (or "out of it", depending on the view) and won't be having a panic attack or something during the incidence. They're probably doing this also because the amount of freezing it would take to freeze over 4 diff teeth probably isn't advisable either, whereas if you are just put under, you will wake up and not have to deal with that frozen mouth feeling.

Don't worry about this at all. I had to get 2 teeth taken out under anaesthetic when I was about 6 and it was fine. I wasn't allowed to eat before though, or for two hours after. And they used a mask to knock me out so you literally cannot feel a thing. Aside from crying when I woke up (which apparently is a completely common side effect) and being sleepy all day with a little bit of bleeding after I got home, it was totally fine.
And you won't even have any blood because it's just a few fillings! Take it from me, I'm terrified of the dentist, too.
