Unsure - July 17th 2012, 05:39 AM

For a long time (before this June) I just felt very sad and never really knew why-- I felt that way for months. I could go into detail but this isn't about that.

Around June, I just started to feel...... I can't really explain how I feel. I guess a loose term to put it would be "empty". I still feel pretty down, but never as crazily as before, nor do I now have the moments when I just feel outright happy-- the breaks I had before June.

I have no clue as to why I feel this way, and why I felt how I did before.

I just don't feel much anymore, and it scares me. Like I said, I don't see a reason how this could be.

You could have depression or a mild case of bipolar disorder or something (with the extremes you mentioned). You should probably talk to a therapist or psychologist who can properly diagnose you.

Feel free to PM me if you ever need to chat or have questions

Well, I can't go see a therapist or anything-- My sister and friends don't understand, my dad wouldn't care (because of previous conversations) and I can't go to my mom right now.
