this has recently just started happening but it's kind of worrying me because i'm a health freak lol!

it's happend about twice in the past few weeks. it just happens suddenly, one minute i'll be breathing fine and the next i'll still be breathing but i'll get a sharp nasty pain in my back each time i take a breathe of air it's very painful sometimes and last night it happened too and i couldn't sleep because of it! it's so weird, i've never had breathing problems before, had ashthma once when i was little but thats it.

Hey there,

We are not medical professionals so we cannot say for sure what is happening. However, try not to panic. I'm a bit of a health freak myself and I convince myself there is something wrong and I go to the doctor and turns out it's usually nothing.

Your best bet would be to go to the doctor and ask their advice. They will be able to accurately diagnose you.

Take care,

Live on love.

Having pains when you breathe are usually not a good thing. Take note of when you have pains breathing. Maybe they are induced by exercise or stretches. I would make an appointment with your doctor. It's better to catch things earlier rather than later. This could be nothing, or maybe an easy fix so try not to worry

Pain in your back while breathing could be linked to anything from a pulled muscle to lung or even kidney issues. The best thing for you to probably do is note where the pain is exactly, how high it ranks (1-10), when it's worse, etc. That will be really helpful to your doctor when you make your appointment.

Well I'm no doctor, but I've had a similar issue in the past. You may just need to have something popped. Of course, I'm not sure. If it continues, you may want to go and see a professional.
