Embarrassing Problem - April 1st 2013, 01:33 AM

Ever since I was in kindergarten or so, I would wet my pants (never the bed). It was almost always when I would laugh, and I would full out just...go. It happened again today; luckily, I was at home. I don't know what's wrong with me. I never feel like I have to pee anytime before I wet myself until I start laughing. It happens at least once month, sometimes just a little pee comes out before I can get to the bathroom, and sometimes it's just all of it. Can someone help me? It makes me feel ashamed and embarrassed, and my mom yells at me for it.

I think you should ask a doctor, because that doesn't sound pleasant and it's effecting your life.
In the meantime, maybe wear a pad just in case?

Sorry I couldn't be there, I was tied to a rocking chair.

Sounds like stress incontinence, I'm not a doctor though. This isn't your fault, see a doctor. In the meantime you can practice kegal exercises (google it) to strengthen those muscles and prevent this happening- or that's the theory

Take as long as you need.

Thanks, guys. I'll try those things and see how it goes. I'll have to bring it up next time I see my primary physician, too.
