I have it. It's a beast in the winter especially and I can hardly do anything without my fingers going extremely white and numb. It makes it very hard for me to use the keyboard and mouse, especially when playing computer games. My hands often look like I'm the living dead unless I'm actually quite warm. It's very uncomfortable and on my feet too. Walking can be extremely painful. Would be nice if there was a way to solve it other than to keep warm.

Yeah, it would help if there was something better we could do. Do your hands go purple?

Is it just bad for you in winter, or is it summer too? It's horrible isn't it??

I try to stay out of the cold or try and warm up as soon as it starts. Better to catch it quickly rather than let it progress. Takes ages to get back to normal.
