my ass XD - July 19th 2013, 07:39 PM

so I've got really odd skin on my ass? its rough and I always get "spots" on it.

They aren't exactly spots because they aren't filled with anything, just raised, red marks. I need to know how to get rid of them because its driving me insane

the spots are on my legs too :/

(I have tried exfoliating them)

They could be heat bumps. I get those all the time (on my butt, the backs of my legs, my feet, my hands, etc.). I use hydro-cortisone cream, which sort of works. You might want to look for a rash cream, and talking to your doctor might be a good idea.

I recommend that you just talk to your doctor about it. It sounds like something that could be cured with some sort of cream prescription.

Are they in an area that could have skin friction or exposure to sweat?

Try exfoliating in the shower with a shower mitten/puff/etc.
