hiccups? - July 25th 2013, 02:33 AM

Anyone know a good trick for the hiccups?
It's weird I have them in the first place, since I've been drinking water all day. So what's the problem, I don't know. I usually have a spoon of vinegar and it works wonders but I'm not in the mood of vinegar. It's 10:30pm and I'm about to go to sleep
Thank you in advance
ps: please don't suggest holding breath because I tried that to no avail

Try drinking water out of the back side of a glass. Like, bend your head over (and lean over a sink, because it can easily spill). That always works for me.

Breathe out three times (without breathing back in) , then swallow three times (without breathing back in) and then hold your breath for ten seconds.
My friend taught me this and it always work for me

This works^.
Also, I heard pulling out your tongue works...like literally using your fingers to pull it out. also scratching simultaneously on the inside of your ears works too. It sounds like Pacman when you do it!
At first I thought that was a joke...but I tried them both and they work .-.
