Love your body(kinda long but worth the read) - August 13th 2013, 07:58 AM

Your body means a lot, it can exited our life, allow us to do things, sports, activities that we find exciting and everyone knows a good looking body can just make us feel happier some easy ways to make your body more fit and healthier, running is the obvious one but it truly helps a lot, it builds stamina and helps burn fat as well as calories. Daily exercise is esential, once you build the exercises into your daily life it gets easier, the harder part is starting. If you run every day for cardio, if you have weights or a gym you can build muscle and tone your body, If not simple push ups and push up techniques can build different muscles in your body, swimming an yoga are also great work outs for your whole body. Stretching is key when it comes to working out, it helps the muscles grow happpening faster and works on your flexibility plus helps you not tear or pull something. Cutting down on fast food and deserts while replacing them with something healthier can make you feel better about yourself while making your body healthy. Now after you are more in shape and fit, extreme muscle building comes into play such as bench press,
dumbells, incline bench, squat, power yoga, calf raises, pull ups, and many more. If you put in the effort and time your body will give you the look and feel you want, patience is key to a sexy body and healthier life style. Message me or reply if you have any questions or comments.

Life is like a roller coaster. It has ups and downs. But it's your choice to close your eyes or enjoy the ride.

I wish I was confident enough to actually exercise for a prolonged amount of time. I'd rather exercise with machines than without, plus I have health issues which don't help. Thank you for your encouragement.

Life is for living, not for losing.
